DIGITAL PRODUCT DELIVERY
- All digital products (eBooks, planners, printables, devotionals, etc.) are delivered instantly via email after successful purchase.
- No physical items will be shipped unless specified otherwise.
- Please check your inbox, promotions, or spam folders for your download email.
- If you do not receive your files within 15 minutes, contact us at custserv@touchoftrinity.com.
File Storage Tip: We recommend saving your files to a secure location or cloud drive immediately after download, as download links may expire.
PRINT-ON-DEMAND (POD) PRODUCT FULFILLMENT & SHIPPING
We partner with trusted POD platforms such as Printify and Lulu Direct to produce and ship select physical products (e.g., T-shirts, mugs, journals, coloring books, puzzle books).
Shipping & Fulfillment Notes:
- POD items are custom-made and shipped directly from the printing partner.
- Processing time is typically 2–5 business days, followed by standard shipping timelines.
- Delivery timeframes vary depending on location and item type.
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been submitted.
