Digital Products:

• Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
• If you experience any issues with your file(s), please contact us and we’ll ensure a working download link is provided.

POD Products:

• We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is:
  • Damaged
  • Misprinted
  • Delivered with an error

To Request a Replacement:

• Email custserv@touchoftrinity.com within 7 days of delivery.
• Include a clear photo of the item and describe the issue.
• Approved replacements will be re-shipped at no cost to you.
